We, the ASEC Board, are pleased to announce the Starr Writer’s and Video contest for 2012 and 2013. This contest has been named in remembrance of Jocelyn Starr who passed away in November 2010. She was one of the founding members of ASEC and was a great supporter of her students. We feel that this annual contest will be a very fitting tribute to her.
