Changes to Starr Writer’s and Video Contest -now open to both ALC and ALP learners

We, the ASEC Board, are pleased to announce the Starr Writer’s and Video contest . This contest has been named in remembrance of Jocelyn Starr who passed away in November 2010. She was one of the founding members of ASEC and was a great supporter of her students.  We feel that this annual contest will be a very fitting tribute to her.
